Wild Label Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged items, or packages marked as delivered by shipping carrier. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, it is outside of our control. We do not refund shipping fees if a carrier fails to meet estimated delivery times.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak or holiday seasons. 

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on location.
