Return Policy

We accept returns of full-priced merchandise only within 7 days of delivery for store credit (Wild Label Boutique gift card). Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and approved prior to return. Items sent back without approval will not receive store credit and will require payment for return shipping back to the customer.

Returned items must be free of odors, excessive pet or human hair, makeup marks, or other signs of wear. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be denied or issued partial credit. If an item is deemed damaged upon return, you may choose to purchase a shipping label to have the item returned to you.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be inspected, processed and gift card to be issued from the day it is delivered to our warehouse.
